Photos provided within 24-hours.
Twilight $500
A twilight sunset enfolds your property with beautiful golden light, dramatic starry skies and amber glowing windows, creating a magical ambiance buyers and renters embrace.
AI Video From Stills $1,250
Let me transform your still photos into magnificent, cinematic videos using the magic of AI. By combining advanced technology with creative storytelling, I create highly engaging and emotionally compelling content that helps buyers and renters form a deeper connection with your property. The quality of these AI-generated videos far surpasses what’s typically possible with standard video cameras—delivering a polished, immersive experience that elevates your marketing and sets your listings apart.
Floor Plans $350
Accurate floor plans provide the critical information buyers are seeking when selecting a property. The average accuracy has been tested to be 95-97%. I use LiDAR devices for scanning which are usually more precise, and always within 3%.
Aerial/Drone $500
Nothing presents a home’s surroundings better than aerial photography. Many angles from various altitudes are provided. FAA registered and insured. Not available in The Sea Ranch.
Details & Amenities $350
Photos captured during an Interior & Exterior shoot highlight the unique details, and amenities of a home. Perfect for short-term rental properties, these images help potential renters envision the exceptional experience of staying at your space. Buyers appreciate the closer look of a home's many standout features.
Lots/Land $400
Includes more than 25 photos from all angles and corners. Normal, wide and panoramic lenses capture the full depth and width. Google Map aerials with high-lighted lot lines, as well as outlined plot maps give your buyers a bird’s eye view.
Amenities & Nature - Five Free
A gallery of over one hundred local amenities and nature photos are available to include with your listing. Five images are provided at no charge. Additional photos can be licensed for twenty dollars each.
Virtual Staging $50-$75 per image
Allow your buyers to visualize the true potential of a home with beautifully staged furniture and accessories all realistically computer generated. Fees per image are $50 for virtual staging an empty room and $75 for removing existing furniture and adding staged interiors.
