Interior & Exterior $600
Interior and exterior photography with advanced image processing that captures the true tones and colors of a home and creates accurate window/ocean views. Includes blue sky replacement for overcast days. This fee is for Real Estate Photography only and not for Architectural Photography, which will be quoted separately.
Details $350
Photos taken during an Interior & Exterior shoot offer a closer look at the unique detail and charm of a home or rental. Fifteen to twenty images are provided.
Twilight $500
A twilight sunset enfolds your property with beautiful golden light, dramatic starry skies and amber glowing windows, creating a magical ambiance buyers and renters embrace.
Lots/Land $400
Includes more than 25 photos from all angles and corners. Normal, wide and panoramic lenses capture the full depth and width. Google Map aerials with high-lighted lot lines, as well as outlined plot maps give your buyers a bird’s eye view.
Amenities & Nature - Five Free
A gallery of over one hundred local amenities and nature photos are available to include with your listing. Five images are provided at no charge. Additional photos can be licensed for twenty dollars each. SEE GALLERY
Aerial/Drone $500
Nothing presents a home’s surroundings better than aerial photography. Many angles from various altitudes are provided. FAA registered and insured. Not available in The Sea Ranch.
Virtual Staging $50-$75 per room
Allow your buyers to visualize the true potential of a home with beautifully staged furniture and accessories all realistically computer generated. Fees per image are $50 for virtual staging an empty room and $75 for removing existing furniture and adding staged interiors.
Floor Plans $350
Accurate floor plans provide the critical information buyers are seeking when selecting a property. The average accuracy has been tested to be 95-97%. I use LiDAR devices for scanning which are usually more precise, and always within 3%.
